Grant program

Since 2004, medica mondiale has been supporting women's help projects throughout the world that were launched by local women’s organisations. Therefore medica mondiale has created the project fund "support for traumatized women and girl and survivors of gender based violence in armed conflicts and crisis areas". medica mondiale makes available comparatively small amounts – up to 5,000 euros – together with partner organisations to fund projects for the benefit of war-traumatised women and girls.

Funding guidelines

The funded activities must range in the context of our charter. Direct and indirect beneficiaries of the projects applied for must be female survivors of gender based violence in areas of war and crisis.

Application process and procedure

Please be aware that we, unfortunately, are not in the position to accept new project applications in 2010. We shall make information about new cooperation opportunities available as soon as possible.
