Notes on how to fill out an EU bank transfer form

• The special forms provided by banks for bank transfers within the EU must be used.
• The currency must be indicated in €; currently transfers of this kind are authorised up to a maximum sum of 12,500 €.
• The transfer form must include the first name and last name, company if appropriate, together with the IBAN and BIC of the recipient.
