Application process and procedure

Applications can be submitted by email, fax or letter to the office of medica mondiale, throughout the whole year. You can find the application form further down on this side. Within 4 weeks after your application we will send you a confirmation of receipt and may settle further questions.

As soon as we have decided in favour of your application you will get a funding agreement document which also contains necessary information about the required financial and factual proof of use. As soon as we have got back the funding agreement signed by you, the money can be withdrawn from us. The complete procedure will take approximately two months at most.
